150W DC-DC Boost Converter Module (10–32V to 12–35V, 6A)

The 150W DC-DC Boost Converter Module is a high-power, non-isolated step-up voltage regulator designed to increase input voltage from 10V–32V to an adjustable output range of 12V–35V. It is suitable for heavy-duty applications requiring stable and adjustable high-voltage DC output.

Built with a large toroidal inductor and dual heatsinks, this module supports up to 150W output power. It can deliver up to 6A continuous output current (maximum 10A peak under proper cooling conditions). Input current can reach up to 16A; enhanced heat dissipation is recommended for loads above 10A.

The onboard multi-turn potentiometer allows precise voltage adjustment, and a power LED indicator lights up when the module is energized. Please note that the output voltage must always be higher than the input voltage, as this is a boost converter.

This module is especially useful in automotive and 12V battery-based systems. It can boost standard 12V car battery voltage to 18V, 19V, or 24V for applications such as laptop power supplies, battery charging, and other electronic devices requiring higher DC voltage.

Important: This module does not include reverse polarity or short-circuit protection. A series diode is recommended on the input side to prevent damage from incorrect polarity. Always set the desired output voltage using a voltmeter before connecting your load.

Applications include adjustable vehicle power supplies, car laptop chargers, boost charging systems, and general DC voltage step-up requirements.
