Refund policy

At Voltros, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Certain items such as custom kits, clearance products, or consumables (e.g., resistors in bulk packs) may not be eligible for return.

  2. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

  4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged
