  • The Hi-Link HLK-10M12L is an ultra-compact, open-frame AC to DC power supply module designed to deliver a stable 12V DC output with a maximum power rating of 10W. Engineered for PCB mounting, this module provides a reliable and space-saving solution for embedded systems, smart devices, and industrial electronics where board-level power integration is required.

    This model is the open-frame version of the popular HLK-10M12 series. Unlike enclosed modules, the open-frame construction allows better thermal dissipation and flexible mechanical integration, making it ideal for compact enclosures or applications where airflow is available.

    The module accepts a universal AC input voltage ranging from 85V to 264V AC (commonly specified as 90–245V AC), enabling worldwide compatibility without the need for input voltage selection. It converts high-voltage AC directly into a regulated 12V DC output, eliminating the need for bulky transformers, external rectifiers, and linear regulators typically used in traditional power supply designs.

    Designed with high-efficiency switching technology, the HLK-10M12L achieves high power density and minimal energy loss.
