MAX6675 Module with K-Type Thermocouple Sensor (0–1024°C)
The MAX6675 Module with K-Type Thermocouple Sensor is a high-temperature measurement solution designed for accurate and reliable temperature monitoring. It uses the Maxim MAX6675 thermocouple-to-digital converter IC to provide a digital SPI-compatible interface, making it easy to connect with microcontrollers such as Arduino and other development boards.
This module offers 12-bit resolution and can measure temperatures from 0°C to 1024°C, with a resolution of 0.25°C. The included K-type thermocouple probe supports temperatures up to 450°C and is suitable for high-temperature applications such as furnaces, 3D printers, heating systems, and industrial equipment.
The board features built-in cold junction compensation for improved accuracy and thermocouple break detection circuitry for enhanced reliability. It also provides high-impedance differential inputs and up to 2000V ESD protection for signal stability.
Screw terminals allow secure connection to the thermocouple’s spade connectors, and a standard 5-pin 0.1″ header enables easy interfacing with a microcontroller via SPI communication.
The supplied K-type probe has a 4.5mm diameter with a 6mm threaded mounting bolt for secure installation. The total cable length including connectors is approximately 50cm.
Important: Ensure correct thermocouple polarity while connecting to avoid inaccurate readings.
