It is based on the ESP32-S3 dual-core 32-bit processor, supports 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5 LE, and includes 4MB Flash + 2MB PSRAM, making it suitable for embedded IoT, wearable electronics, smart sensors, compact automation devices, and wireless control applications.
