The DRV8825 is capable of driving up to\u003cbr\u003e2.5 A of current from each output (with proper heat\u003cbr\u003esinking, at 24 V and 25°C).\u003cbr\u003eA simple STEP\/DIR interface allows easy interfacing\u003cbr\u003eto controller circuits. Mode pins allow for configuration\u003cbr\u003eof the motor in full-step up to 1\/32-step modes. Decay\u003cbr\u003emode is configurable so that slow decay, fast decay,\u003cbr\u003eor mixed decay can be used. A low-power sleep\u003cbr\u003emode is provided which shuts down internal circuitry\u003cbr\u003eto achieve very low quiescent current draw. This\u003cbr\u003esleep mode can be set using a dedicated nSLEEP\u003cbr\u003epin.\u003cbr\u003eInternal shutdown functions are provided for\u003cbr\u003eovercurrent, short circuit, under voltage lockout and\u003cbr\u003eover temperature.
